Hi, I’m Henry!

I’m a Seattle based photographer specializing in weddings, elopements and couples. Fun fact: My first experience with photography was developing film by hand in my high school’s darkroom. Since originally learning to shoot on film, I have always strived to capture photos with intention and thought behind each frame.

I grew up in Portland, Oregon, and yes, I can confirm that some of the stereotypes in the show “Portlandia” are very true. For the past five years I have called Seattle home. You might find me in one of Seattle’s many coffee shops catching up on editing photos, or maybe pass me on a hike in the Cascades. I love the natural beauty and laid back culture of the pacific northwest, but I also love the thrill of experiencing new places, people, and ways of life. If you live for a good adventure and aren’t afraid of getting lost, we will get along just fine.

Ever since picking up my first camera over 10 years ago, I have fallen in love with the process of waking up each day to document and experience different things. I am forever grateful for the people and places photography has brought into my life. I’m here for the people who know that some of life’s most important moments can’t be put into words.
